Hello,

Does anyone know where ancient DNA raw data files can be found?

Out of curiosity, I want to try this DNA data on different computers, if the data are in a format that is accepted.
 
GEDmatch DOT com has an Archaic DNA match. It then tells you:

I might know a site that has them but I am still new here and it wont allow me to post links. I am not even sure if it is what you want. The site lists the samples on the left with links that can take you to someone's Google Drive which has downloads.
Google "Genetic Genealogy Tools" then look for y-str dot org
Look for the Ancient DNA page. There is a chart with samples listed on the left which eventually takes you to the Google drive.
