Chico Burque, playing a samba. Chico was awarded in 2019 with the Camoes Prize, which is attributed to those authors who contributed to the enrichment of the literary and cultural patrimony of the Portuguese language. It is the equivalent of the Nobel Prize for literature, but in Portuguese language. Chico Buarque will receive the award in Lisbon. It is the most important literary prize of the Portuguese language.
Second video, Humberto Gessinger, one of the idols of my generation, playing a rock'n'roll. In this performance he reminds me of my fellow countrymen from Belo Horizonte, Max and Igor Cavalera, from the Heavy Metal band Sepultura. Max and Igor were my neighbors in the neighborhood of Santa Tereza, in Belo Horizonte.
