Interesting, Cline says archeological consensus says there wasn't a Dorian invasion, it was just a migration.
 
I also thought it was interesting that Eric Cline suggests that a global mega drought may be partly responsible for the pulse migration of CHG/IN-like DNA in the Mediterranean, during the early Bronze age. Which was around the time of the earliest civilizations.
