here is the politician again (he seems to be a gypsy himself) who tries to raise awareness on gypsies in Türkiye especially the dom and abdal gypsies . if i understood it correctly his party tries to integrate gypsy communities in Türkiye more into the parliament and he is angry that the voices and votes of gypsies in Türkiye are neglected

here is this politician together with some members of his party and some gypsy men . most if not all of these men in the video are gypsies . especially the men who are sitting seem to be all gypsies . they are NOT Kurds or Turks

the misportraying of Kurds and Turks is really ridiculous . please acknowledge our gypsy situation

now i dont know if the numbers for gypsies he gives are exactly accurate because as i told you already the number of gypsies in Türkiye especially the gypsies in Kurdish regions are not offically stated . but they are underestimated and often even hidden . the gypsies in Kurdish regions are one of the least known gypsies in the world . many gypsies also larp as Kurds and Turks . but i am thinking that this politician must have sources for his claim ....i dont think he will just claim random numbers . sure it is always possible that he exeggerated the numbers for his politicial goal but i do not think the number he is claiming even if he exeggerated it would be much higher than the actual number . i do actually think the numbers he gives are accurate more or less . he must have a solid source for his claims

Türkiye is the country with the highest gypsies in the world if i am not wrong . as you see we have millions of them in various regions in Türkiye including Kurdish regions . i dont even know if the numbers that this politician gives already included mixed people like people who are half gypsy half turk , half gypsy half kurd etc. .

my own guess is that there are additionally around 5-8 million people who are at least a quarter gypsy on top of these 13 million gypsies . making it a total of 18 - 20 million gypsoid people . if you also count people who are like 1/8 gypsy for example then it would be a little more than that even


that would mean that about 15% to 23% of Türkiyes inhabitans are gypsies and part gypsies . something in that range roughly . no this is not unrealistic at all . it is very realistic

it is no surprise that many people in anthroforums have a distorted and unrealistic idea of how Kurds and also Turks look like. Türkiye is VERY darkwashed and misportrayed in anthroforums . and then when people see 100000 pics and videos of actual Kurds and Turks they get confused and are like "huh these are really Kurds/Turks ? i dint know that Kurds/Turks look like this" . and some even accuse us of cherrypicking 1000000 people can you believe that . wtf

check this Video out . it is a documentary video about gypsies in Türkiye . both romani gypsies and domari gypsies in Kurdish regions

in the video it says :

1. many gypsies hide the fact that they are gypsy

2. many of them speak Kurdish like their second language . some even dont speak domari anymore only Kurdish

3. look at minute 12:00 and 17:47 . they dance halay which is typical Kurdish dance . and look at the colors of the veils in the womens hands Kurdish colors ....


these people are NOT Kurds but gypsies . including the men and children there sitting around etc. . but if someone had a video of them dancing like this for example with the Kurdish colors they would post them as "classify these Kurds" or something for example

some of them are likely mixed . gypsy + kurdish . but that makes them non Kurds because a gypsy + kurd mixed person is not a Kurd anymore . period .

again these people in the video are NOT Kurds but gypsies and gypsy mixed people

is it a surprise that many people have a wrong idea of how what Kurds are and what Kurds look like in their heads ? i cant even blame people for it . if i was not a Kurd and didnt know better i would also most likely have a wrong Image of Kurds in my head

Nice pics. I am sure it took alot of time and effort to compile these images. But I have seen Kurds before, some of them run gas stations and restaurants around here. Nice people, very friendly. But many of them do look like Arabic people, and others do look like Indians. Highly doubt these are all Gypsy’s.

is that you in your profile pic? Because to be frank, you yourself could pass as Indian or Arabic, like if you were to introduce yourself as one many probably wouldn’t second guess it. Should people accuse you of being a Gypsy ? Of course not.

first of all i dont believe you that you have seen Kurds in real life because you are a new member here in the forum and this is your first post so it is safe to bet that you just registered to shit on this thread . i actually have an idea who you might be but i wont say it

I didn’t say ALL Kurds look Indian or Arabian, but many do, including you that’s why it’s ironic your calling others Gypsy when you blend in with them.

My other point was, you look different than the other Kurdish folks you posted in your gallery. Looking at the bigger picture your right, you don’t look much Arabian here. But Indian yes, your last name could be Patel and nobody would second guess it. It is how it is.

Stop following you around? What does that even mean? And of course there is nothing left to really say, our eyes don’t lie. You look Gypsy, and could fit in very easily with those Gypsy’s that you were ranting about. that’s the funny and ironic thing about all of this. A Gypsy/indian looking Kurd ranting about other Gypsy looking Kurds, while posting cherry picked pictures of people that look nothing like him. It’s seems strange, maybe there’s an element of mental illness underlying all of this….You can brush me off as a “troll” or whatever else, but deep down you know it’s true. That’s why you spend so much time making a gallery like this, something a normal person wouldn’t do…. So yes anyways carry on with your thread, I don’t want to ruin your fun.
