I know it's not really the topic but. I'm a big beer drinker, and i'm also a nice " fat " eater, even if most of my diet is probably seens as very healthy by some. I have a very low level of LDL and a very high level of HDL. My doctor says it's genetic, but i know, i feel that drinking beer is part of this reality, because on my father side, they used to have Hypercholesterolemia. Conclusion: Drinking Beer moderatly but every day might be more easy than found Superaliments with Omega-3 and -6.
