LivingDNA Living DNA using Ancestry raw data

Hi
I created a new account on Living DNA and uploaded my Ancestry DNA raw data in the form of a .txt file about 2 days ago.

My results were uploaded and its confirmed they were uploaded but nothing is shown in my DNA test results page.
I changed web browser a couple of times and even tried accessing from my mobile phone but all give the same result.... no info.

I'm thinking its because there may be a wait time before the dna file is analysed but two days seems time enough!

Has anyone else experienced this ?

The same thing happened to me. I registered in November and has still not received any results.

I subscribed in September and uploaded my raw data from FTDNA. I'm still waiting for the results ...
