I don't think he looks partially Irish not that he doesn't he just does have a common look. Are you Irish ?

No, I'm English. I'm not saying that everyone in Ireland resembles him, nor even that a large number of Irish people resemble him, only that he looks distinctly Irish to me. If I saw him in my hometown, I would think 'that guy looks Irish' and assume he was visiting from Ireland or that he was of [at least partial] Irish ancestry.
