You may not have seen the new yet as for some reason a lot of Western media chose not to report the revolution that has been taking place in Iran over the last two weeks. Even the BBC was silent about it until this morning. There have been protests, demonstrations, then outright attacks on government and religious buildings across all cities in Iran. The Ayatollah Khamenei has fled Teheran and is reported to be on his way to Moscow.

Here are a few videos of what has been happening collected from social media.

Who would have thought that at the same time as Iranians got rid of their dictatorial regime the USA would be slipping into one.

The Iranian people over throwing the evil Islamic dictatorship and creating the new free and secular country. Hundreds of mosques have already gone up in flames. Iranian women are burning their hijabs. All symbols of Islam are being destroyed.

The Islamic flag has been replaced with the traditional flag of Persia and the Shah has been invited to regain his throne (hopefully in what will become a constitutional monarchy).

I hope they can pull it off. It will be interesting to see how it affects things geopolitically. Iran/China/Russia ousted in Venezuela and now this.

We are waiting for a war!
I was wondering how you were doing in Iran. Is the Internet back on then? How is the situation? Are their still demonstrations?

The situation in Iran is normal, but people are very angry and scared. We have access to a few websites and as far as I know there are no demonstrations. After the mass killings, no one dares to protest. People are waiting to see what the US will do. Maybe they will dare to protest again, especially because the value of the national currency has plummeted after the US blockade.
