Reminds me of my best friend's stories about living in Lynchburg, VA. According to him, it is the most religious city in America. It is the home to one of the biggest Evangelical Christian universities in the world; Liberty University. "Liberty University is currently the largest Evangelical Christian University in the world" I read that on a site which had some info about it. Ironically, my friend is a die-hard Atheist, and his environment both provided him with laughs/entertainment, but at the same time with certain problems. Due to the extremely religious nature of that city's population, it was extremely hard for him to get a girlfriend who would be willing to do ANYTHING more erotic than a mere kiss. Many of his teachers were also very ignorant and bad at teaching certain subjects (such as Biology) due to the sensitivity of the Evangelical students about evolution, etc.
Even more ironically, he is going to get his college degree in UTAH, the unofficial state of the Mormons.
It is hilarious.
