2. Hittites were Indo-Europeans and competed with Egyptians. I think one of the Pharaohs battled with the Hittites in the Levant so Hittite genes would be in the Levant. King David took Bathsheba to be his wife who was the wife of a Hittite whom David had sent to the battle front after seeing Bathsheba take a bath on the roof top. She was probably a Hittite.
