Here are two Roca Vecchia (Apulia, Italy) Middle Bronze Age files.
Zip includes two 23andMe-format files and a 1240k dataset:

2025 Update:
Mostly Southern Italian.
Although labeled “Greek & Balkan,” no Greece map-scored
I guess: some Balkan component may reflect some Iapygian ancestry (Messapian–Daunian–Peucetian).

I'm not sure.
There are discrepancies among SNPs in my raw data. For example, over 100 rsIDs between AncestryDNA and 23andMe have allele mismatches. I'm not referring to interchangeable alleles (e.g., AC/CA) but rather actual differences like AC / AA
Additionally, there is a discrepancy in one...
That’s not F1R, It’s I3685,
a new Pompeii sample.
I Posted the new Pompeii Reich-Lab based coordinates last week, … this coordinates are from theytree.com

I guess ... to convert a 1240K dataset to HO format using PLINK:
plink --bfile v62.0_HO_public --write-snplist --out v620_HO
plink --bfile Piceni_1240K --extract v620_HO.snplist --make-bed --out Piceni_HO
The first command generates a list of SNPs from the v62.0_HO_public dataset, and the...
The majority of the files are small, ... posting 37 samples out of 102.

Maybe that's the reason why the wiki link below had the Karsdford samples as R1b ... Now they're T again.

Columbus Day was established as a gift to the Italian American community after terrible things happened. The Italian government sent ships to bring people back to Italy. That is all I am going to say about that.
Maybe Daunians, Peucetians, and Messapians are from the same place, after all, they spoke the same Paleo-Balkan language.

@PT … got just 1% Greece/Albanian, I guess I’m not Griko, a part of Salento is Grecía Salentina, got 2% Balkans - maybe Messapic , and 1% Ireland, I guess VK/Norman traces.
Hi Jovialis, here is a link to the 1240K plink Collegno_2024, I tested it by merging it with the new AADR that I previously converted into plink format and it worked.
