    What's so strange about that? Slavic tribes settled all the way to the Peloponnese. As for the toponyms in Epirus, most of them are Slavic. For example, Igumenica (Igumenitza), Bistrica (Bistrica), Moskopolje (Moskopoja)....Also, in the northern Aegean Greece, such as Kostur (Castoria)...
