Maybe it is possible that r-z2103 was Anatolian, how else do we explain that crazy 43.8% Roman Anatolian input. I still think z2103 were proto Albanian speakers
Nothing to do with this, cremation was practised in central and eastern Europe since early bronze age and possibly earlier and then spread into west through Urnfield (1200BC+)

South Slavs being tallest in the world is fact, not pseudoscience. What autosomal DNA do they have that's different compared to everyone else, I'll wait
Yes South Slavs are the tallest people in the world and correlating with higher frequency of i2. Doesn't mean you should get all weird about it, quit being negative
It's unlikely to have to do with Urnfield. Furthest north Urnfield went was Denmark and in the tollense battle there were zero j2b l283 samples but many i2 and even an r1a. Looks like J2b l283 stayed mostly in west Balkans until Roman period
First we need to know how much Slavic autosomal exactly is present in Albanians, the study isn't clear. For example If it's 20% of PURE Slavic (not mixed South Slavic) then that isn't too far off the ydna estimates
The Slavic autosomal input and ydna are fairly similar, it looks like Slavs settled initially in their own groups and then were assimilated over time. Also I doubt it was admixed South Slavs that moved to Albania but pure Slavs, if it was South Slavs then it means some other lines like e-v13...
I mean I'm asking if it was because I don't known how much anatolian or how much illyrian it was. I don't think 43% Anatolian input in Albanians is possible, this study doesn't make much sense
The Slavic input isnt as crazy as the Anatolian input that is being claimed. With the numbers provided in this study it would imply some of these ydna came from Anatolia during Roman era - j2b l283, e-v13, r-z2103, r-pf7563, i1 etc.
J2b l283 definitely didn't, i1 definitely didn't, so now we...
Sure but I'm talking about Mycenaean period which is after they had conquered the Minoans. As for origins Mycenaean ancestors have come from the Steppe through Anatolia - maybe settled in Anatolia first and then proto Mycenaeans moved west into north Greece around 2000BC. Maybe explains the...
The ancient Greek samples predate the Albanian one though, I don't see how this line doesn't end up being Mycenaean. Maybe mostly pure Mycenaeans had 30% Steppe, those that heavily mixed with Minoans would have had less
The sample in ancient Macedonia was heavily Anatolian? Moreso than Mycenaeans?
Y7010 is a very minor lineage in Albanians but you're right this looks Anatolian, a lot of other J2a lines are more common. It is not true that Albanians and Greeks do not share J2a lines, here is one example which...
