Simple. Treat them as they would treat you if you went to their country seeking sanctuary. They would expect you to integrate, respect their rules, their laws, their property, etc. or you would potentially run into hot water (jail or other). They would hardly be as lenient & likely wouldn't...

Would you prefer that the east-central/eastern countries were like Sweden instead? A country so welcoming to others that areas/cities are becoming 3rd world ghettos.
