Assessing "pure" Slavic autosomal and Slavic MtDNA in both high and low R1a/I2 Albanian regions seems to me the best way in knowing how Slavic DNA entered the gene pool-- each region had their own evolution/historical pressures.
But, then we would have to know the ratio of male/females born...
Slavic Y-DNA is approx. 15%, according to the study.
Assuming South Slavs entered Albania with 80% Slavic Y-DNA lineages, an arbitrarily chosen percentage since no official data exists (and South Slavic modern distribution includes some recent Albanian lineages turned Serbian/Montenegrin)...
