My knowledge is lacking as I have not heard of TTK/Tutkaul. I'll have to do some research on it. Here is supposedly Davidski's model of ZO1002. I assume this TTK population your speaking of is being absorbed by the Kura Araxes/IRN in this model...
My research has also led me to the same source. I found the following: "it appears that "Raetia et Vindelicia" was also inhabited by a number of non-Raetic tribes. The Breuni and Genauni are classified as Illyrian by Strabo"
My paternal ancestry derives from a Rhaeto-Romance language so I was...
In the study it says that the terminal SNP of KMM023 was J-M241 not J-Z593. But I just found a comment from Trojet on Genarchivist where he said "KMM023 is negative at J-L283. I'll check to see if he may be J-Z593>Y167175."
I don't know what he concluded its terminal clade to be, but I suppose...
I haven't see any discussion regarding sample KMM023. Cant we assume it's most likely J-L283?

It seems they also analyzed the unpublished PCA0390 sample that was not in the Genetic history of East-Central Europe in the first millennium CE paper: https://genomebiology.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s13059-023-03013-9

Why do you even bother commenting in a genetic forum about haplogroups if you don't even understand what subclades are. Based on your post Its obvious that your knowledge is equivalent to a little kid who just googled haplogroups for the first time. I would try to go through the effort of...
Here is all of the J2b-L283 samples from the "A genetic history of the Balkans from Roman frontier to Slavic migrations" paper (https://www.cell.com/cell/fulltext/S0092-8674(23)01135-2):

So I have no life and was going through ancient sample spreadsheets and came across a study of medieval German plague victims. Thus, we have three new samples from Ellwangen, Germany. I also included a fourth sample (ELW013 - J-M205) which could potentially be a misread:
Sample ID
Age (ybp) *...

So interestingly enough, only about a week following the referenced quote above, it seems that the forums may be combining themselves after all. I have just now heard the news that Anthrogenica will soon be closing on Friday 17 August 2023, following over 11 years of continued activity...
Hi!
I have been lurking the J2b-L283 Forums for a couple years now but I have only recently begun to start posting again on Eupedia, and on Anthrogenica, which some of you might recognize me as (WWWWWWW...)
I have currently only tested with 23andme which assigned me J-Z631, likewise I receive...
This is one of the most annoying concepts we face through archaeogenetic research. With this example we see that Y tree data is being separated by two companies and thus slowing our research and hindering progress and standardization of knowledge. Similarly this very thread is an example, as...
