I have noticed that the holder of the name can affect the connotation of their name. If someone is named Thaddeus and is a complete Adonis then the name will only compliment the man. Now if some fat greasy nerd was named Thaddeus he would most likely have his name be made fun of just by association.

Given the location and timing of the samples, I would assume that your line was introduced with the coming of Indo-Aryan peoples in the subcontinent. I'm sure there have been other Q subclades introduced in the area later by different peoples (White Huns, Yuezhi, etc) but I doubt those groups...
